After 13 years of experience working and running training courses in productivity improvement with companies such as Rolls Royce, Leyland DAF, The Employment Service, Kellogg’s, Royal Bank of Scotland, Northern Foods, Courtaulds, Caradon Bathrooms and Josiah Wedgwood & sons I moved out of the corporate world into small business.

As manufacturingstarted to decline, I began looking for new ideas to proactively promote businesses in the marketplace and moved from productivity into marketing. 

I purchased a marketing franchise and trained business owners in Word of Mouth, networking and how to generate more business through relationships. I trained over 1000 business owners & BDM’s, helping to generate approximately $270 million of new business.

Today, I continue to volunteer as a business mentor through the SBMS and have provided more than 700 mentoring sessions to many Victorian based business owners over 15 years. I also volunteer my time at a bi-weekly ‘soup kitchen’ serving meals to members of the local community.

My passion is to be to help businesses and individuals achieve their goals by providing honest, reliable and competitive financial advice on loan products from the more than 100 lenders I am accredited to represent.
